Today, in this blog, I will describe and analyze a graph that show us how much money (in US dollars /millions/) we spent on books in countries like Germany (green), France (blue), Italy (yellow) and Austria (black), in a period of 10 years, since 1995 to 2005.
In this graph, we can see that in Germany, in 1995, the money that was spent there reached 80 million dollars, and between 1997 those numbers are increased slightly, so, in 2 years, since 1995 to 1999, those numbers are increased in 10 million dollars. After, since 1999 to 2003, there was a decrease slightly, to 80 million dollars, but since this year to 2005, the numbers went back to rise gradually, surpassing the 90 million dollars.
In France, costs are around 55 million dollars in 1995, and to 1999 they rise slowly, until reach 60 million dollars. Later, the numbers go up a little in 2001 (70 million dollars) and increased very slowly till 2005.
In Italy, the money that was spent in 1995 start with 50 million dollars, and increase slightly in 1997. Till this year to 1999, the expenses go down slightly (go back to 50 million dollars), but this numbers increase continually until 2005.
To finish, in Austria the expenses in 1995 are around 30 million dollars, but those numbers increase continually until 1999. Since this year to 2001, costs remain steady, but in 2003 the expenses rise dramatically, and this numbers still going up rapidly until 2005.
All of those money expenses are different, depending of the country that we want to describe. For example, in Germany, costs are considerably higher than in France and the rest of the countries. In adittion, in Austria, costs are lower than in all of the other countries, maybe because in this country the State is least concerned about books and reading in general.
Hi everyone! In this post I will talk about something personal. Specifically about a friend. She's Pía, and we were met in the school, when we were 14/15, because she is older than me. We start to talk when she arrived at school. I remember that in summer evenings, we were going to ride our bikes in the parks, and after we were go to eat something in fast food stores. We have a lot of things in common, for example, when we were 15 years old, we love One Direction, and we go to the concert in the same day, but in different sector, because she paid an expensive ticket than me (so sad). Other thing in common is, when we were in school, we were always dance in the classroom, and when the school aniversary was celebrated, we were the first to make a fool of ourselves. We still being friends, but when we come to the university, the outings to talk began to be less frequent, but we always find a time to talk about our lifes. :)
